Founded by Dr. Napoleon Broughton in 2020, Life Enhancement Solutions is a Business Entity dedicated to the highest level standards in healthcare services. Our services span the full continuum of care relative to Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS), all dedicated to placing the individuals we serve at the forefront of everything we do. To serve a diverse clientele in urban, suburban and rural settings, Life Enhancement Solutions has created a unique provider network allowing the agency to deliver convenient, dependable, and effective services to Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) recipients in Waiver Contract Area 5, most notably Fort Bend and Harris County.
